TCGMC is proud to be partnering with an organization called The Bridge for Youth for our holiday concerts.
The Bridge centers youth voice, justice and equity while empowering youth experiencing homelessness through safe shelter, basic needs and healthy relationships. Since 1970, The Bridge has been a safe place for all youth, providing thousands of youth with safety and stability through emergency shelter as well as transitional housing, including parenting youth and their young children; individual, family and group counseling; specialized case management and support groups for youth who identify as LGBTQ+; phone/text crisis intervention; and street, site and mobile outreach.
On any given night in Minnesota, more than 6,000 youth experience homelessness. The holidays are no exception. The gifts received through the TCGMC holiday concert will be used to spread holiday cheer and ensure all youth staying at The Bridge over the holidays will have gifts to receive. For more information, visit www.bridgeforyouth.org.”
Representatives will be in the lobby for both performances accepting new, in-kind, donations. They’re making it easy and have set up online registries, so you can either have the donations sent directly to them, or bring it with you to the concert!
