Friday performances of all TCGMC concerts are ASL interpreted by Cassie Lang who is a nationally certified (NIC Advanced) ASL/English interpreter at an advanced level and holds degrees in interpreting, music education and Spanish. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree at the University of Minnesota. Past interpreting credits in music and theater include OutLoud! (Tempted), Twin Cities Gay Men's Chorus (LifeSongs and ExtrABBAganza!), One Voice Mixed Chorus as well as productions at Mixed Blood Theater, the Playwrights’ Center and seasons at the Normandale Community College theater department. Patrons who need ASL interpretation receive half-price tickets in seats reserved for people who use this service.

Ted Mann Concert Hall has Assisted Listening Devices available with three types of ear pieces: ear phones, ear buds, and inductive neck loops which interface with hearing aids. Patrons should go to the House Manager Station on the main floor by the elevator to request ALD's.

Wheelchair accessible seating locations are available at Ted Mann Concert Hall in all seating categories.

Large print and Braille programs are available from House staff upon request.

Ted Mann Concert Hall meets all federal ADA requirements. Accessibility features include four designated parking spots adjacent to the main entrance (with 15 additional designated spaces in the 21st Avenue Ramp), an automated entry system, elevator access (with Braille controls and audible floor change signal) to all levels of the lobby, and wheelchair accessible bathroom stalls with grab bars.
