GIVE TO THE MAX DAY 2018
It’s time for the 10th annual Give to the Max Day on Thursday, November 15!
Help us reach this year’s goal of $10,000.
We still have a ways to go – but we’ve brought in $3,515 so far…
Under the leadership of our new Artistic Director Dr. Gerald Gurss, TCGMC has renewed energy around outreach performances as part of its mission of gay men building community through music. In addition to our regular season of concert performances at Ted Mann Concert Hall, the Chorus is performing in locations to bring solace and support to any community that finds itself marginalized in this current social climate.
The goals of TCGMC continue to be three-fold: 1) to achieve a high level of musical integrity; 2) to give voice and visibility to a cultural minority; and 3) to confront homophobia and intolerance and affect positive social change.
As a prominent Minnesota LGBT arts organization, TCGMC provides a safe and welcoming environment for singers to form community through the performance of music.
Every donation received between now through November 15 counts to our goal.
Every donation is chance for TCGMC to win an additional $500, $1,000 or $10,000 “Golden Ticket” from GiveMN.org and their generous sponsors.
Twin Cities Gay Men’s Chorus is making a difference every day through its mission of gay men building community through music. Your generous support means the world now more than ever. The Chorus provides its members with rewarding musical performance experiences that celebrate diversity and use music as a way to transform, educate and heal. The Chorus promotes social justice and the elimination of homophobia and intolerance through our regular season of performances and community outreach performances across Minnesota and the Upper Midwest. Our strategic vision is to be a dynamic choral leader, changing lives through the performance of significant music.
